Project Manager / Construction / Home Building

Managing Project Superintendents, Assistant Project Superintendents and support staff.
Conducting site construction personnel performance reviews.
Overseeing hiring and training of the new construction personnel, when required.
Conducting Regular site meetings.
Prepare and administer project schedules in collaboration with Site Superintendent and Project Control Manager.
Administer design changes where required and proper supporting documentation.
Being aware of new construction practices and materials available on the market.
Participating in corporate training seminars, industry conferences and receptions and other applicable public relations affairs.
Overseeing internal circulation of all incoming construction invoices on projects under management.
Working with Accounts Payable and Construction Staff (Project Superintendents and Construction Manager) and assuring timely review and approval of the invoices.
Review of each contract status with sub-trades, Construction Manager and Project Superintendents to ensure that the projects are as budgeted.
