Multi-Family Vice President of Operations, Edmonton
A leading builder of multi- family homes in Edmonton, has an immediate opening for the new position of Multi-Family Vice President of Operations in Edmonton, Alberta.
The Vice President is responsible for directing and co-coordinating all activities for our Multi-Family developments in Edmonton. Reporting to the President, Multi-family Operations, Alberta the ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8-10 years experience in multifamily/commercial development. As a team leader the candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people and various support groups.
This builder builds apartment condominiums and town houses throughout Edmonton. We manage sales, marketing, development and construction in house and have an outstanding team of dedicated staff and suppliers.
The successful candidate will perform all or some of the following job description:
- Manage and effectively communicate the goals and strategies of the organization
- Provide leadership to the multi-family team and manage day to day operations
- Coordinate the engineering and design process for new projects
- Coordinate land acquisition and the development approvals process
- Coordinate project financing and draw requests
- Oversee all construction related activities and trade selections
